Sanitation Lead

DESCRIPTION
Supervise the 2nd shift
(4pm to 12 midnight) group and perform as Sanitation Lead person. The primary
responsibility of this position is to supervise the cleaning and sanitization
of the machines and all that this may encompass; to do safety checks and report
it to manager and/or mechanical team; with administrative responsibilities such
as create and/or process paperwork. Must be high school graduate or
equivalent; bi-lingual is a plus.
JOB
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual
(Spanish) is a plus. Leadership, computer, written and communication skills are
a required. Candidate must be able to communicate Food Safety, cGMP’s and HACCP guidelines to all employees
