Bench/In process/Receiving Inspector

$37-$42k(Direct Hire)

Essential Responsibilities:

*Performs pre/ post/ & In-process inspection part processing per WGPTC’S QAP’s, Product Manuals or other approved written instructions.

 *Dimensional Inspect large diameter parts using Verniers, PII tapes, and height gages

 *Perform rotary table setups and run out inspection including data collection

*Material non-conformance -Prepare material condition report Form 007 listing part description, part number, serial number and reason work cannot proceed. Provide detailed reason and dimensions along with other supporting documentation and photos where required traceable to approved known tech data sources.

*Generate shop travelers, work orders, and inspection summaries using canned repair tech data on file.

Essential Tasks/Duties:

*Use company Vis computer to lookup and generate required work orders.

* Ability to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a plus

* Work closely and cooperatively with production, Engineering, and Management to accomplish goals and objectives.

Experience Required:

* 4 yr Tech school, apprenticeship or equivalent shop experience in machining/inspection environment.

* Previous experience properly documented from a previous employer.

Education:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent.
