CNC Setup/Programmer

New Britain Area

Employee is responsible for Programming and Setting up CNC Mills and Lathes.

Must be able to troubleshoot CNC processes and design, develop and validate CNC manufacturing processes in a Lean environment.

Individual will also perform and interpret process capability studies and implement improvements as required.

Candidate must have the ability to program CNC equipment using Mastercam, develop PFMEA’s and generate detailed procedures and work instructions as required.

Minimum 5 years experience in a CNC manufacturing environment performing CNC setup and programming.

Computer skills required to include MS Office, MasterCAM, Fanuc CNC Controls and Cadkey.
