DESCRIPTION
Production
Manager. This is a first shift 40 hours a week position. Professional with
warehouse operations management experience; responsibilities include the
planning, direction, and coordination of production activities required for the
production of assorted food products. Individual will assure that company meets
quality and production goals, with a focus on improving scheduling and
efficiency. Ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and will
be required to work closely with Operations, Sales, Traffic, Quality Control
and Safety Departments.

REQUIREMENTS
A
minimum of 3 years of experience in production management is required. Minimum Education Level required is an
Associates Degree, though a Bachelors Degree preferred. Basic computer skills are required,
particularly working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook programs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
