Tele-Sales

Growing Wallingford area company is expanding and is looking for experienced outbound call center representatives.

This position involves making outbound calls, based on sales leads to set-up appointments with potential customers. This position also involves doing customer follow-up, updating customer files and computer/data entry work.

This position offers a base hourly salary, plus commission and bonuses based on performance.

These positions are on the 2^nd shift, with possible 1^st shift opportunities. Full and part-time hours are available, some weekend hours are required, which would be on the 1^st shift.

Requirements include:

- Excellent customer service/phone skills

- Prior customer service, telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred

- Solid computer skills

- High School or GED required

- Ability to pass a pre employment background and drug screening
