Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant for a fast paced office environment. This position involves the following:

– Front desk receptionist duties, both in-person and over the phone.

– Data entry, filing, emailing, and other computer/office tasks as needed.

– Payroll: entering and processing

– Customer service – client contact over the phone

– Assist with translating – English/Spanish.

– Additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements for the position include:

– Excellent customer service and communication skills

– Prior office – administrative experience

– Excellent computer – data entry skills

– Bilingual: English/Spanish

– Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
