We are seeking mechanically inclined employees for an Assembly position. The Assembly position requires knowledge of basic math and measuring skills. As an assembler, you will be trained on how to operate equipment to fabricate parts. Assemblers ensure all parts fit correctly prior to sending out to our customers. We strive for excellent quality. Hand dexterity & mechanical capability are needed to be successful in this role as an assembler. We are looking for candidates that can work first shift from 7am – 3:30pm, with the flexibility to work from 6am-6pm during peak production times.  There is opportunity for advancement and we are looking for individuals who want to be part of a growing team! Reliable transportation, ability to work overtime, and great verbal/written communication skills in English are required.


  • Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
  • Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
  • Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
  • Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications
  • Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
  • Check output to ensure highest quality
  • Maintain equipment in good condition
  • Keep records of production quantities and time
  • Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts


  • Proven experience as assembler
  • Technical knowledge
  • Ability in using basic hand tools
  • Good understanding of quality control principles
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16/ per hour
