A manufacturing company in Durham, CT has an immediate opening for an office assistant. This person would support the Engineering Department and handle a variety of tasks related the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry.
  • Inventory management.
  • Document control.
  • Prepare documentation for a variety of purposes.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Schedule and track maintenance records.
  • Work with other departments to share engineering documents.
  • Assist with service requests.
  • Track and maintain office supplies.
  • Other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • ERP experience.
  • Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Sharepoint a plus.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Pay will depend on experience. Range starting at $17/hr.
