Part-Time Accounting Assistant

A company in Centerbrook is looking for a part-time assistant in the accounting department. This is an entry-level position.

The hours are Monday-Wednesday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Duties include:

  • Scanning
  • Copying
  • Contacting customer by phone and email
  • Filing
  • Entering accounts payables and account receivables in ERP system.

Desired skills include:

  • Some bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong math skills

$15-$20/hr DOE.
