A company in Berlin is looking for administrative support for its logistics and purchasing functions. They are looking for someone experienced, motivated, and interested in growing with the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and translate purchase requests for head of purchasing.
  • Create and monitor purchases throughout the process.
  • Track open orders.
  • Work with vendors.
  • Match purchase orders with invoices upon receipt of invoices.
  • Data entry in Sage software.
  • Inventory management.
  • Record keeping.
  • Manage shipping and receiving.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Other office support tasks as necessary.

Joe Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel. Sage experience a plus.

Pay will depend on experience.
