Hamilton Connection is seeking candidates for a sales coordinator position available with a manufacturer in Plainville, CT. This person will help coordinate orders, generate reports, assist with sales quotes, monitor and purchase inventory, utilize CRM and other related software, and follow up with customers.
This is an entry-level position and training will be provided for specific business knowledge.
- Assist in daily sales calls and emails while coordinating efforts for future follow up.
- Attend weekly sales and or marketing meetings.
- Monitor sales lead volume.
- Organize and expedite daily inquiries for product samples, product information, and marketing materials.
- Associates or higher degree in Business, Marketing or Marketing Communications preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and ask questions to gather data.
- Self-Starter with a genuine interest in pursuing a sales-oriented career.
- CRM experience a plus.
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour.
