Robert Hamilton founded Hamilton Connections in 1986 as a direct hire technical recruiting firm. He believed that any staffing company would have to be based on maintaining outstanding customer service for both the clients it represented as well as the candidates it developed for placement. By remaining true to this principle, he was able to create long lasting professional relationships, loyal clients and a dependable pool of qualified candidates.
In the early 1990s, many client companies requested that Hamilton Connections translate their business model to the light industrial arena. In order to comply with this need, Mr. Hamilton established the Light Industrial Division.
Today, Hamilton Connections remains a full service, diversified staffing firm. The Light Industrial Division now operates from offices throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Meanwhile, the Technical Staffing Group continues to excel in direct hire recruiting of engineers, scientists, quality assurance personnel and management professionals.
