Sexual Harassment Policy

All employees have the right to a working environment free of unwelcome sexual advances, sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.

Hamilton Connections will not tolerate any employee conduct that intentionally or unintentionally results in unlawful harassment of other employees, customers, and/or clients.  Employees should immediately report incidents of sexual harassment to the recruiter that placed you on assignment.  If such alleged behavior is reported, it will be investigated in a confidential manner.  If conduct is confirmed after investigation appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.
